How do you train during the winter to keep in shape? I usually swim and do some body pump, but I'm not sure this is best training for AR.

I have huge problems with breathing if outside temperature id below 0 deg. C! I get very quick sore throat, so I rather do spinning and body pump. What are your experience with this as for AR training?

If I want to be in good shape for long AR race, I need at least once in week training in duration 2,5-4 hours... It´s necessary condition. Spinning is often just 45 minutes or 1,5 hour, body pump simmilar

What kind of workouts do you guys do? I have been doing mostly legs but want to try new workouts and maybe some agility trainning also. Any Ideas??

I dont understand very well. What is your goal? You want to be good in long AR? If yes, so you cant just do exercise for the legs or somethink. First you have to be very good in endurance (long trainings - run/trekking, bike), than you have to develop all your muscles with bodie building in gym and finally you should develop your speed. Regeneration and stretching is part of it, of course :-)
